What We Collect
When you fill out the enquiry form on our Contact page, we collect whatever you choose to share with us: your name, phone number, email address (if provided), the treatment you’re interested in, and any message you write. We don’t ask for payment details, ID numbers, or any medical information through this website — that’s handled in person, during your consultation.
How We Store It
Form submissions are saved directly in our website’s WordPress database, through the Fluent Forms plugin that powers our contact form. Access is limited to authorised Aesta Aesthetics staff who need it to follow up with you.
How We Use It
- To reply to your enquiry — usually by phone or WhatsApp, since that’s fastest
- To schedule or discuss a consultation
- To keep a basic record of client communication
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing or advertising. We don’t run ad-tracking pixels on this site.
Cookies
This site uses only the standard cookies WordPress needs to function — for example, to remember session state. We don’t currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes in future, we’ll update this page.
Requesting Your Data Be Deleted
If you’d like us to delete the information you submitted through our contact form, just message us on WhatsApp or call us — details are on our Contact page — and we’ll remove it from our records.
